A biography of Ricardo Arias was presented this Friday in the VIP box at Mestalla. The Spanish-language book, entitled ‘Libre. La biografía de Ricardo Arias’ covers the life and times of the Valencia CF legend and ambassador, from his formative years to his playing days, as well as his current role at the club.
Attending the event were fellow ambassadors Miguel Ángel Bossio and Tendillo, on behalf of the club, as well as other ex-players such as Claramunt, Saura, Cerveró and Felman.
“It's the story of my life. People are going to like it because of how natural it is; it covers what I've experienced over the years and how I've enjoyed life," said Arias of the book, written by journalist Fran Guaita.
"It's written with a lot of tact, and doesn't impose the professional side of things over the personal side. Each part is linked to the other."
"Everything I've done at Valencia CF has been with my heart."
